GETTING YOUR HOME THE ATTENTION IT DESERVES

WHAT IS AN ESCROW

Escrow is the process by which your funds for the purchase and
the deed to the property are given to a neutral third party, typically a title company,
which accounts for all closing costs based on instructions provided in the purchase contract.
The deeds and funds are then distributed to the owed parties.
