FININANCING
Your budget is very important. We can refer you to our favorite local lenders, or you can choose your own. Once pre-approved for financing, we'll work with your lender to help make your offer stand out over the competition.
TIME TO TOUR
Finding the right home for you is our specialty! We'll tour and review properties together, then guide you through the reports, property details, and any other questions you may have.
MAKE AN OFFER

ACCEPTANCE & ESCROW
When your offer is accepted, we focus on a smooth transaction through the escrow period. Once closed, it's time to celebrate and hand you the keys — congratulations on your new home!
WHAT IS AN ESCROW
Escrow is the process by which your funds for the purchase and the deed to the property are given to a neutral
thrid party, typically a title company, that accounts for all closing costs based on instructions provided in the purchase
contract. The deeds and funds are then distributed to the owed parties.
