At our first meetings we discuss your goals, home prep and pricing strategy. We walk you through the listing agreement, disclosure process, and strategize together on how to generate the most buyers and maximize your home's value.
Preparing Your Property
We help coordinate and schedule all inspections and home improvements needed to make your property as marketable as possible using our trusted network of contractors, landscapers, stagers, etc.
Professional photographs and drone video are ordered to highlight your property's best features. Postcards, brochures, e-flyers, Facebook advertising, and more are created and distributed, while analyzing and adjusting our strategy as we go.
It's show time! We hold your house open on the Thursday Broker's Open House Tour and on every weekend for prospective buyers and agents to see your home.
We meet and review all offers received to help you make an informed decision and ultimately make the best choice out of the offers we receive.
Acceptance & Review
Once an offer is accepted we focus on a smooth transaction through the escrow period. Once closed, it's time to celebrate — congratulations, you just sold your property!
What is Escrow?
Escrow is the process by which your funds for the purchase and the deed to the property are giveb to a neutral thrid party, typically a title company, that accounts for all closing costs based on instructions provided in the purchase contract. The deeds and funds are then distributed to owed parties.
